They called a 5 wow

I believe that “timed” push into the UND player propelled him into the boards.  He tried to hide the extra push using his left arm and forearm to make the push for maximum effect.  The kid knows physics.  And the officials seem to also know the physics.

How can they call that a slash? It was a tap.

Thats what the “tiger cubs” announcer said about the terrible slash giving it an aura of a violent slash.

Was there goalie interference or did Persson lose an edge or flop? Didn’t look right and I didn’t see a good replay.

Just saw the replay from above, definitely goalie interference.   CC player got perrsobs stick.

Looking at these replays during the intermission, was there a case to challenge the CC goal for goalie interference? CC player caught Persson’s stick knob as he skated by. That exact play was disallowed in the Bruins game today.

That’s the third dive I’ve seen tonight by the Tigers.

Wiebe shouldn’t have done that, but it was clearly a hit to the shoulder and the CC player threw his head back like he was shot.

UND going for volume on offense tonight, getting the puck to the net often.  Not great chances, but you hope for deflections or rebounds, which have not happened.  It's the opposite of being too cute.
