Still baffles me people think this !@#$ will sell.

Ohhhh they sell alright, take a lap around the ralph. Or spend a minute on the facebook groups.

In fact these things sell so well its actually harder to sell real jerseys for their value.

Yeah but ones like that are so bad that I have no idea who would spend money on it.

the team has 1 black, 1 green, 1 white jersey each season and that includes the post season also. specialty jerseys are one offs and usually do not have their names on the back, that way the university can sell them right away. LOA were never given until the 02-03 season. so if you have a jersey from 02-03 till now, it should have an LOA from the University. If you do not have one with the jersey, it could devalue it a little bit as some collectors want that LOA from UND. They very well could've sold one without the neck tie lace but it all depends.

Out of curiosity, which jersey are you trying to match.

I'll let you know soon enough.

Next question. Is there somewhere that UND archives game photos? Looking for 3/8/2013 vs Mn St Mankato

The jersey in question searching photo match was 2013 Black WCHA Mitch MacMillan

I have a North Dakota Fighting Sioux hockey jersey that was autographed by Ed Balfour #29 in 2003 at the Frozen Four Championship in Columbus, Ohio.  Ed Balfour was there to cheer on the Fighting Sioux and had recently helped in winning the Stanley Cup.  The jersey was worn the one time.  I am looking to sell the jersey.  If there is interest by anyone in this forum, please send me an email correspondence and can provide photos.

Found a sioux jersey at the goodwill in grand forks. It says the brand is K1, legit or fake?

K1 is a replica brand. So it's just a replica.

just for clarification, a replica brand like K1 is not what people also call a knock off?   the replica is a licensed, copyrighted, legal item?

A replica is not a counterfeit.

Licensed replica jerseys from k1, reebok, ccm, Adidas.... nike, are common and quality is usually very good compared to the counterfeit, or knock off crap that floods the facebook,  ebay, and amazon sites.

  • UNDBIZ changed the title to Jerseys

$200 a fair price for a replica K1?

non und jersey thought...why not just drop the Wild nickname and go back tothe North Stars...with their new jerseys it looks stupid to do Wild logo with NS colors...Charlotte did it in basketball....get it done North Stars!

I know on eBay you can get a lettered K1 for $300 so if it’s brand new that would seem to fit the accurate price range. But I’m no expert on those

K1 "fair" value is just all over the board.

I see them going for 50-80 and then some topping 200... it just really matter of:

what version it is a replica of, dazzle, reebok, geometric....

Where it is being sold....ebay, thrift store, facebook...

But in the end the fair valuenis really only determined by what someone is willing to pay.

Personally I would sell K1s for 200 but wouldn't be a buyer at anything over 160.

Its crazy as different crowds will pay through the nose for crap, but balk at a decently fair price of a legit replica or authentic.

Thanks for everyone’s comments and opinions!  The jersey I have is a Nike brand, personally autographed by Ed Balfour #29 in 2005 while he was at the Frozen Four Championship game in Columbus, Ohio.  I can share pics if you know of anyone that may be interested.

The jersey I have looks exactly like the one in your picture from Goodwill, except mine is autographed by Ed Balfour and does not say “K1”.

Post pictures if you’d like more attention.

Ed BELfour.
