FightingSioux87
I heard from someone around the BESC that Ramsey is a poor shooter. A gifted and athletic player, but horrible shooter.

Tough to tell as all I saw of him was in warmups which don't say much. Gametime conditions are when making buckets matters.

He started all but two of their games and shot 52% from the field and only averaged 8 points/game. He had 6 boards/game but probably isn't too physical as he averaged only 1.5/game. His team was 28-4 - hopefully, they were so talented/balanced that he didn't need to do more for them.

Love this quote He has good perimeter skills," Sandquist said. "He's dynamic in some ways on the perimeter because of his length. he can shoot over guys and put it on the floor. His strength, too, is his activity level. He's relentless on the glass and does a lot of things that don't show up in the stat sheet. He makes a lot of winning plays, lots of extra-effort things that coach Sather and the staff at North Dakota saw."

SWSiouxMN
Where Sims will fit: My guess he will be in the 3/4 spot and will be in the rotation giving DAE and G rest at the 4. I don't think he would start. Think the bench got an upgrade. Now go get another PG.
SWSiouxMN
As for favorites next year in the Summit: SDSU should be favored with what they have returning. After that, it appears to be a massive crapshoot again. -DU is going to be a team to watch next year, they could climb several spots next year and wouldn't be shocked if they are predicted near the top of the standings next year. Bring everyone back minus Murkey. They do need to build off of their finish and start to show improvement for Billups to keep his job. (once again, only 1 senior next year) -NDSU needs to replace Vinnie and Ward. Still have a solid cast, could be in the battle for a top 3 spot depending on how they replace those two. -Omaha loses Gibson and Robinson, but have a solid core with Pyle, Tut, and Ruffin. Could see them in the top 3 -ORU loses Emmanuel N. and Burns, but Abmas, Obanor return. This team will be pretty good again... (and only 1 senior next year) -USD loses a LOT, 4 starters. Still have a potential POY player in Umude but they need to surround him with good talent. Heat on Lee? Mid-pack team next year. -WIU needs a new coach and needs to hope Young and Pile come back. Could be another long year for the Leathernecks -Kansas City could be in for a rough 1st year back.

Averaged 13.8 ppg, shot 46% from 3, averaged near 3 assists per game last year at Gillette. Would solve a bigger issue that shooting, another Point Guard to run the show.
