And if the DL kid gets a shot his folkes are both All Americans in college (Volleyball and Baseball) and his father was a 5th round pick by the Houston Astros as a pitcher throwing in the mid 90's MPH. Wasn't Max's fault that Mickey Mouse was running the offense at Detroit Lakes High School, was never going to get the big recruiting stats. I am in the could care less category about an older QB coming in...........unless it's a scenario that hands down he would start for a year or two, being that good of player. I'm more in the @gundy1124 camp, I would be even more specific with who I brought in. This would be a perfect place for a Grad Transfer. Someone like Braden Hanson. One year type scenario. Guessing they will get another safety, another CB and hopefully some DL help for the Feb period. It's noted that the JUCO LB has some paperwork things before he can be announced.
