Correct. There are five coaches that should be sent packing: Hockey, MBB, WBB, VB and softball. Track and field is doing great. FB and soccer have newly hired coaches who need time to prove themselves.

But the biggest change that needs to be made is at the top of the department. Chaves must go.

Track and Field is still pretty bad in the summit league, they are just less bad than every other sport.

Loss by Loss.

This mantra worked in giving hope to the football program. It now needs to be employed for Hockey and W/M Basketball. Given everything that's going on right now in collegiate athletics, turning over the AD wouldn't be ideal. The one thing I'll say about Chaves and hiring. This applied for Football and applies for Hockey and W Basketball. They cannot do worse than they have right now. IMO, he nailed the Football hiring. Let's not let him hold this back.

He didn't nail the football hiring. He was told who to hire. I fully believe left up to him by himself he would have messed that hire up too

I have question I believe it was reported that President Armacost had input on football hiring if that was true. I had to believe Armacost had to approve additional money and commitment for football. The other major sports needs similar commitments and changes in these programs like football received this December for the coming year. I know there are posters that are in know what is happening and how university address the problems in athletic department. This has to be communicated to public because people are loosing good will.

Thought I'd put this here.....just got my 25-26 season ticket renewal email. Was expecting it but still kind of ballzy to announce an increase in prices per season ticket in hockey, FB and BB given the $#it show that currently is UND athletics.

I believe they are charging extra now because UND sports are no longer just a series of games for the fans to attend we are now given daily entertainment in the form of a comedy show coming from the front office with Bill Chaves being the 2025 version of Michael Scott.

Credit shows up on invoice for last year's prepaid playoff FB and hockey tickets that were of course useless but the increase in season ticket prices basically cancels out the credit. Brillant move by the Twamley bean counters and the athletic department.

Playing Devil's advocate here, the athletic department did make needed changes in the leadership of both FB and hockey. Without those changes, I don't know if I would accept the price increases.
