Trunk Monkey Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 Great game. SIOUX dominated the play. Not one individual to blame. They played their hearts out and deserved a better fate. It happens in playoff hockey. Hats off to BU to capitalize but it does not diminish the effort by the team we call Fighting Sioux. 1 Quote
Kooshnitz Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 anyone have some video of the offside? Post that !@#$ Quote
cberkas Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 If UND came out like they did in the 1st OT they would have won. Instead BU came out like UND did in the 1st OT and won the game. BU was gassed, just took advantage of their opportunity. Quote

Siouxperior Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 I really dislike backing up 5 mins to review zone entry. If they don't make the call at the time of the infraction it should be too late, just like any other issue. Hello All! 1st post. Wish it were under different circumstances...lol. Quote
yzerman19 Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 Regarding BU studs- Keller? Mcavoy? They were the only guys make by a difference for BU Quote
SIOUXFAN97 Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 of all the guys that left nick s would've looked awesome out there today...great game but yes whoever runs the pp needs to step it up Quote
Hockeygirl97 Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 Bottom line..... top line.... BS.... dinked around, didn't take control of the game...... Quote
yzerman19 Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 Next year is scary with no Brock, Jost, Poolman, ausmus, Pogo... im actually not sad to see Cam move on 2 7 Quote

He constructs and modifies when needed. We have a ton of talent that employs our PP, but to nod him off like this is unnecessary. Use the off-season to our advantage by heading back to the drawing board, and building from the ground up based off what our team next year is going to have. We cannot discount him after a not-so-good follow up to a national championship. If this becomes a pattern year over year, then maybe we should revisit the discussion but there's no reason to even consider getting rid of Shaw. 1 Quote

geaux_sioux Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 What a game. Best I've been to in a long long time. By the end I was exhausted from all the cheering and the TV time outs and broken glass and long review. We really pumped em most of the game but it was those mental lapses couple with really good counters by BU that cost us. Have to this Tucker would have been the difference... Too bad. Quote

KoolGuy2K Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 A very tough loss, but this was our whole season summed up in one game. Can't wait for next year. 1 Quote
