That was copied from BU after their championship (I believe BU also had it on shirts for during their championship season). A few players tweeted it and such...quasi organic. After landing on the shores of Mexico with 600 men, he supposedly ordered their ships burned so that his men had no choice but to die or be victorious in conquering Mexico. Mario Lamoureux as captain, related this story to the team in 2012 as motivation for the playoffs. Steph Pattyn used it again in a letter to his team last year.
