Seriously? I'm sorry I do not remember, unless it was so super fun noisey in there I didn't hear you? I will have to meet you again when the boys hang #9! Lol.

My version is franchise came to Fergs after you were inside the game watching the other semifinals. You came back between the games but I'm not sure if you two actually ever met.

My version is, I didn't consume a drop of alcohol all weekend...haha.

You tried to introduce us, couldn't remember my board name and then commented that we had 4 SS people together

I think I'll kick myself a little bit forever for not going to Tampa. I think Chicago is now a must, for me to attend.

Heard a few friends say that...and similarly claim "going to Chicago" though.

Hopefully this is an acceptable thread ;)

It was 16 years in the making, but DDC's 2015-16 top moment was well worth the wait.

I especially liked your mention of celebrating Stone Cold Steve Austin Style! That sort of happened at my house too lol.

Had I not pumped $5k into knee surgery in April I would have been there Cratter. I am planning on Chicago as well.

Skis my man. If I was on a board it probably would not have happened.

Great day in the backcountry though!

First time a UND team has had an official slogan...worked wonders.

Haven't the last few teams had slogans that they used?
"Burn the Ships", etc?

That was copied from BU after their championship (I believe BU also had it on shirts for during their championship season).

A few players tweeted it and such...quasi organic.

The current one came from Berry it appeared and probably why shirts were made.

Despite it being previously used, it was definitely an oft-used slogan for the teams.

The "Burn the Ships" slogan came from the Spanish explorer Cortez. After landing on the shores of Mexico with 600 men, he supposedly ordered their ships burned so that his men had no choice but to die or be victorious in conquering Mexico. Mario Lamoureux as captain, related this story to the team in 2012 as motivation for the  playoffs. Steph Pattyn used it again in a letter to his team last year. The team had shirts with the slogan "Press the Fight. Finish the Fight." for the 2014-15 season.
