I miss the letsgoDU blog! It just isn't the same without it. Exchanging blows with all six DU fans was awesome. Living in Denver, it just hasn't been the same the past couple years with Magness being 3/4 full. I get so sick of DU fan and their "there's other s**t to do in Denver" BS!

I thought that was Testwuide

The big one was Radke coming out of the locker room and pummeling Vossberg's head into the ice.  What's Radke up to these days?  The Ralph should've honored that moment and let him do the ceremonial puck drop before the game.

That was the only time that I have seen a college hockey player get into  two fights in the same hockey game. That was classic.

Will there ever be anything like this in college hockey again? Man things have sure changed.

I do miss this part of college hockey too.  I remember as a kid either Mike Commodore or Lee Goren got into a fight behind the net I was sitting at in the Old Ralph.

When all was said and done, their was blood splattered all over the glass.  As a kid, I thought this was the coolest thing ever.

That was Commodore vs. Alex Brooks of Wisconsin. Here's a thread discussing it: (warning!! the discussion derails quite quickly) http://forum.siouxsports.com/topic/16642-mike-commodore-vs-alex-brooks/.

Technically three.  He had just spent 12 minutes of 14 in the box for roughing/slashing.  Then, at the end of the 2nd...he fought Vossberg and Testwuide.

a DU hockey player on the "the pipline show"

“The fans are some of the most passionate, not just in college hockey, but in the world. Anytime you go to North Dakota, you know it’s going to be wild. It’s a special environment to play in.”

Oh wow. That's terrible. Any word if he'll stay in Grand Forks?

Prayers and thoughts to the Montgomery family.

Highly unlikely that he would stick around I am guessing. Yeah I am sure they will do something at the Ralph to acknowledge, more important than hockey.
