sioux rube
That's why this one stings. They battled back only to let a lapse in discipline cost them points.I'm with you Snake.
stoneySIOUX
Absolutely agree, he looks like he doesn't care anymore, doesn't want to ever hit anyone...ever He's not that type of player and we all get that, but he's gotta at least play hard. Too much finesse.
brianvf
This has become a tired refrain with this team during the Hakstol era. If we finish more of our chances, the game never goes to overtime in the first place. Now the pipes and lucky bounces are Hak's fault too? Geez, guy can't catch a break around here.
scpa0305
#3 had a tough night also. It's because he's not a forward. He has to go back.

stoneySIOUX
Angry, angry team comin tomorrow. Make a statement, boys. I can't remember the last time I was so pissed off after a loss. Not even last year in the Four.
jk
That's why this one stings. They battled back only to let a lapse in discipline cost them points. I know your opinion on this, but given the two handers Omaha doled out all game long, and Massa's slash to a player standing in the exact spot MacMillan's penalty was called, I can easily see how MacMillan could consider contact in the crease fair game. And that's not even considering the context, already shorthanded in overtime.

Hak is Hakked, but he at least was coach enough to come and talk with Hennesey
stoneySIOUX
You're probably right. Who sits? I don't think bringing in Murphy and sacrificing Mattson is a good idea. If Olson is ready to go, maybe.
Oxbow6
Whatever bud. Have coached the game for 30 years. Why take a chance on letting the refs make a call? Just curious.......in 30+ years how many times have you seen a 5x3 in OT?

yzerman19
the lesson to the kiddies is dont put both hands on the stick when you are jockeying for position in front of your own net- if he does the same shove with one hand free there is no way its called that said, Ortega looked like he was a euro trash soccer player the way he went down

Call the cross check, fine, but call the dive, too. ESPECIALLY in that spot.

SiouxScore
probably the worst performance of 24s career tonight I didn't think Jordan was bad at all tonight he had some good jump and was very involved on the offensive end. He is a puck moving defenseman with offensive skill and that is what he did tonight. He is never gonna be a real physical player who gets in a lot of board battles.
