AZSIOUX Posted January 25, 2014 Author Posted January 25, 2014 What's pattyn mad about? It was right after the goal? Announcers cant figure it out Quote
siouxfan512 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Milked that till he got the 5 then walked away. More likely that the trainers made him stay down and still until they made sure it was safe for him to move. Didn't look like a major or a CFB to me, but he definitely hit the boards awkwardly. Quote
bigskyvikes Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 How many times does this shyt happen to the Sioux?! Someone gets checked lays like they are dead, draws a major and then comes in and scores a fu**in goal! Dammit!! Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Denver player lays on ice to draw five, then skates out and is okay to continue playing hockey..... Classy DU, classy. watch, according to their fans...it will have happened in retaliation for the hit on Robbie Quote
gfhockey Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Aparently pattyn thinks that pick hit the net before landing and du scoring Quote

Frozen4sioux Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 The definition of embellishment has been demonstrated again. . thanks to these refs the definition of gullible was shown as well Quote
NewUNDAlum Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Well, if thats not the most unlucky bounce of all time... Quote
siouxfan512 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Get over it people, if a UND guy had hit the boards like that you'd be whining the other way. It was a tough hit, probably should have been two, not five, but we let in a soft goal. Get over it, and lets get back to putting up numbers. Quote
siouxfan512 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 and there you go, back to a 2 goal lead, keep rollin boys Quote
choyt3 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Love that crowd in Denver. Especially when the Sioux score. Quote

The difference is I don't think one of our players would lay down for five minutes then score a powerplay goal. Thats what the issue is. 1 Quote
cberkas Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 How is Gage still playing if he got a 5? Quote
AZSIOUX Posted January 25, 2014 Author Posted January 25, 2014 This has to be one if the highest scoring D core in years. Thankfully they have made up for the lack of from the forwards Quote

Ausmus pushed him, he was off balance, not Ausmus' fault! The goal hit a bad spot in the boards and bounced out, hardly letting in a soft goal! Quote

Looked like the dump in went up quickly at the blue line Quote

You realize the trainer make them stay down right? Its not even their choice; they hit the boards like awkwardly, they have to stay still until the trainers tell them to get up. I don't deny diving and cheap crap happens, but if you see the way he hit the boards, they were just making sure he was ok. The trainers don't care about penalties, their jobs and licenses and futures are on line if they don't follow protocol. Quote
BigGreyAnt41 Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 How is Gage still playing if he got a 5? Because a five minute major doesn't end your night. He sat for five minutes, his penalty was done so he can play again. Same as a two-minute minor. Quote
