SiouxFan100 Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 I am looking forward to this game. Any estimate on crowd size? Shouldn't be too many su fans there with the fb game just getting over by bb game time. su is playing better but we should win. Haven't been to a women's game at the Betty. Is most of the seating general admission? Beer? Quote

Teeder11 Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 From what I hear, we need to move on and get used to life without Lauck. Best to her and the great career she had at UND. Houdek needs to step up fill in. Burck, too. Would love to see Dillon get healthy. And the young guards need to keep improving. They are doing well. Can't wait to see what Dyer can do on the court after the New Year. All that said. Our platoon of players should do fine against AC. Quote
VMeister Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 They still had decent tickets left when I stopped last Saturday. It's either this game or Christmas shopping, people! Quote
bincitysioux Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Roebucks to be recognized Saturday I find it a tad ironic that they picked this game to honor Roebuck. Quote
Sioux_FF Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Anyone need 2 FREE tickets for today's UND-NDSU Women's game. Great seats, 3 rows up from the scorer's table. A friend just gave them to me and I can't use them and they are free. Tickets are in E. Grand Forks. call if 218-770-0456 if interested. Free to first caller. Quote

sprig Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Good quality HD stream on the America One network. Since it uses flash player also, why does the america one flash player fill the entire 16:9 screen while the neulion flash player does not? Quote
forksandspoons Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Another 'Super Bowl' win for und, as you can see from the amout of posts in this thread, it was indeed a Super Bowl.. Quote
SiouxFan100 Posted December 14, 2013 Author Posted December 14, 2013 Good game. Glad we won. Both teams are much better than last year. Quote
SiouxFan100 Posted December 14, 2013 Author Posted December 14, 2013 88-83 We were down by about 6 or 7 with minutes left. Quote
nodakvindy Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 It was an entertaining game, back and forth like many of the classic games in this rivalry. Madi Buck was outstanding, hit several huge shots and the young point guard is tough as nails. UND womens basketball seems to be back on the upswing. Quote
homer Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Nice win for the ladies today. Another Super Bowl victory. 1 Quote
Hayduke Posted December 14, 2013 Posted December 14, 2013 Good win! Now, let's beat 'em in Women's Hockey! (Oh, they don't have it...) What's next? 2 Quote
darell1976 Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 Good win! Now, let's beat 'em in Women's Hockey! (Oh, they don't have it...) What's next? Have to wait til baseball season in about 4 months. Quote
SiouxFan100 Posted December 15, 2013 Author Posted December 15, 2013 Not a lot of turnovers. Both teams shot well. First time I saw UND play this year. UND played like I thought they would. su played much better than I thought they would. We did miss quite a few bunnies? Gave up too many points. Hope for no more injuries Quote
Hayduke Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 Have to wait til baseball season in about 4 months. I can't wait that long.... Let's play their club team in hockey! Then...water polo! Then...we'll beat them in chess! Bring it on! Quote
darell1976 Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 I can't wait that long.... Let's play their club team in hockey! Butt Football Then...water polo! Butt Football Then...we'll beat them in chess! Butt Football Bring it on! See they don't comprehend any sports at NDSU when their football team is still playing. I am sure they don't care about the NDSU/Ohio St game tonight, because the football team won. Quote

Well, if their football team goes south when Bohl leaves with the cherry picked recruits with him, they're going to be a big lost drunk tribe of yellow and green. Speaking of cherry picking, what FBS games are coming up? This coaching change will risk their record against the higher level of football. Lakes is busy sucking up to Wyoming fans. (Except me, of course...) We aren't buying it. Quote

The cupboard will not be bare next year for NDSU. 6 of the 7 lb's and db's that played today and their best d-lineman are back, along with 3 or 4 others that rotated on the d-line this year. Compared to what UND has coming back next year, NDSU is stocked like a Walmart Supercenter and UND is like a Stop-N-GO. NDSU wouldn't have to win another FBS game for the next 40 years and will still have a better FBS win percentage than UND against FBS schools. Quote

dmksioux Posted December 15, 2013 Posted December 15, 2013 I thought this was the Women's BBall forum. Why the heck is fb being discussed here? Stop feeding trolls. Congrats to the ladies for beating NDSU today. Quote
