bigskyvikes Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Another awful call, and results in a goal! Quote
bcblues Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 True, he was off his line and he knew it. Eids has been beat too much on unobstructed shots. Quote
Frozen4sioux Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 He's got one foot on the dasher................... Quote
MissSioux85 Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Jersey popping by Zucker and Mayfield... ridiculous! Quote

BigGreyAnt41 Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Blood got lucky there. He should have gotten booted, too, if LaLeggia did. Quote
Vegas_Sioux Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 laleggia gone? tossed for head butting Quote
bcblues Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Hah. Well, when the officiating is as sketchy as it has been, I guess anything can happen! Oh well, we will take it! 5 min major PP for us! Quote
andtheHomeoftheSIOUX!! Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 tossed for head butting Dont think I've seen that since the world cup. Quote
wsdSIOUXfalls Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 laleggia gone? yup - watched it several times and he clearly punched Blood in the face - then head-butted under Blood's chin with his helmet, whipping Bloods head back Quote
Frozen4sioux Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Yeah Blood could easily be in showers right now.... Need to capitalize on what will be a PP to start the third Quote

BigGreyAnt41 Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 yup - watched it several times and he clearly punched Blood in the face - whipping his head back He did, but, to sound like a 3rd grader, Blood started it. Quote
UND1983 Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 That last one was really bad by BE. His angle was way off. Quote
bcblues Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Yeah, And I played soccer too! Dont think I've seen that since the world cup. Quote
Frozen4sioux Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 If the Sioux can somehow come out in the third like they did in the first last night they can get this back but it seems the correctly call.ed REFASPLIT is a go. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 That last one was really bad by BE. His angle was way off. The last two goals have been less than stellar plays by BE. I think Dell plays the 3rd. Quote
bcblues Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 We (as a team) have GOT to get a better handle on self control. Blood was really, REALLY lucky that we were not killing a penalty instead of enjoying a 5v2 minute penalty. Get a grip, boys, it is nearly post season, and eastern refs have no patience for "real hockey". Quote
LeftyZL Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 The last two goals have been less than stellar plays by BE. I think Dell plays the 3rd. I don't think Dell is ready to go yet. At least not 100%. Quote
TheFlop Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Few observations: 1) This team won't go anywhere in postseason with Eidesness playing anything but a backup role. 2) I love Marios hustle and effort but he can't be on the powerplay unit. Quote

I go back to the fact that our "C", an "A" and a former "A" are the top 3 on the team in penalties and minutes. Not solid leadership or discipline at times. Quote
Wilbur Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 This game is so similar to the Duluth game its scary.......Down by two goals going into the third period with the starter playing less than stellar. I thought if able Dell would for sure be in the net. I wonder if he's hurting more than we all know. Quote
