Finally got another Illinois boy to make the long trek up North,

I'll have to go to a TI game & see what he has.

I wonder if he has the afterburners like that kid we had a few years ago from Schaumburg?

Forget his name...but he was fun to watch! ;)

I enjoyed watching him too.

Seems like a long time ago.

Me too he was fast and I seem to remember he scored a goal on Ryan Miller! Correct me if I am wrong

Checked out the Vees Blog that Brad linked up to a few weeks ago. The Vees have played a couple preseason games already. Read the blog from the game on Saturday night and both ODonnell and MacMillian had great games. MacMillian played on the top line, ODonnell centered the second line and was perfect on faceofffs. MacMillian had a 3-4 point night, ODonnell had 2-3 points. The future looks bright!

It appears that we have a new recruited player:

BREAKING NEWS: U.S. Under-17 team forward Miles Koules, who played at Shattuck for the previous three seasons, has committed to UND. Koules' father, Oren, is the former part owner of the Tampa Bay Lightning and prodcer of the Saw movies. Check the blog and website later for more info, including quotes from Koules.

Welcome aboard, Miles! With him being on the U17 team, I would guess the earliest that we would see him at UND would be 2012 or 2013.

Here are the stats from last season at SSM:

His 58pts put him 2nd on the team in scoring.

He's a California kid!

Ralph brought a little Vegas to Grand Forks, so why not add a little Hollywood?
