Yeah, guess it wasn’t unexpected Airey would enter. Maybe Coach advised it. Interesting to see which players follow/stay/enter though from rodents & clowns.

He had put some Gopher goalie equipment on Facebook marketplace before Larson was hired so we knew that one was coming....kinda funny.

They have the Penticton goalie coming in who should have been on the WJC team.

Gajan should have stayed, he wasn’t the same after Spangler Cup

I thought he played well after the Cup. But yeah I agree, he should have stayed

I thought Gajan was markedly better second half of season.

Having lost 4 defensemen to graduation and the pro ranks, would bet Michigan State will use a lot of NIL to lure a big name CHL defenseman, beyond what they already have coming in with Chase Reid.

They have a few good defensemen coming in already, including Tommy Bleyl, Chase Reid, and Brady Peddle. I would look for them to lure a veteran defenseman out of the portal instead of adding another young gun.

Will coaching blue blood hockey become  a little like coaching Kentucky and Duke in BB.  New squad of high draft picks every year?  The top 10 players in North America aren’t going NCAA, but . . .

More and more of the top North Americans are going NCAA in hockey. Sure, some who just want to (in theory) get to the NHL as quickly as possible will just bypass and sign their ELCs, but the Canadian influx of talent to the NCAA will benefit all forever, especially the blue bloods. You just have to balance your roster properly

It will change the coaching side in a big way.   Like I said, it will be like Pitino coaching a new team of McDonald’s All Americans every year.
