U17 team announced hope the coaches are already looking at these players.

Forwards: Mikey Berchild, Dayne Beuker, Wyatt Cullen, Aurelio Garcia, Brody George, Jamie Glance, JP Hurlbert, Casey Mutryn, Sammy Nelson, Victor Plate, Logan Stuart, Parker Trottier, Lukas Zajic

Defense: Abe Barnett, AJ Francisco, Jonas Kemps, Logan Lutner, Jackson Marthaler, Tyler Martyniuk, Luke Schairer, Sam Wathier

Goalies: Luke Carrithers, Brady Knowling

Plate I feel follows his brothers to Duluth and Stuart follows his brother to Denver.

Other players invited: Landon Amrhein (F), William Bent (F), Noah Davidson (F), Jimmy Egan (F), Dain Gordon (F), Caden Harvey (F), Nikita Klepov (F), Nate Pederson (F), Leo Laschon (D), Kade Meyer (D), Rhys Medved (D), Odin Wauhkonen (D), Kaenan Smith (G), Xavier Wendt (G)

Since UND needs to build their goalie pipeline and not default to the portal: Jack Hirshorn and Jackson Silverberg out of Shattuck-St. Mary's

Anyone know anything about Heikki Ruohonen who went first in Phase 2 of the USHL draft?   Is he a Denver type guy, or do we dip our toes into some more Scandinavian players?  Who was our last, Ludvig Hoff or Joel Janatuinen, or am I missing somebody obvious.  Could use another Spirko type talent.

Nolan Marto drafted. Jake’s nephew. Will be playing for GFC this season as 9th grader.

Why did he commit to UST? He is highly regarded and very big.  Did Brad not want to coach his son? Did Bauer not want the pressure of playing for his father?

Sandelin's kid went to MSU Purple Cow, not Duhloot.

The potential for locker room issues having the son's kid on the team needs to be negated by blue chip status, which he does not have. He might get drafted with a throwaway pick.
