Just imagine you're on the UND team & your senior assistant captain said that. The exact opposite of a warrior mentality. It's no wonder the team is the way it is. It's your job as a leader, Jackson, to be a strong, positive influence on your teammates so they can succeed, not act like a pouty little kid when things don't go your way. And it's your job, coach, to nip this attitude in the bud before it spreads throughout the locker room. 1 1 Quote

So that ain't happening. That leaves the conference tourney, playing against other hungry teams who are also trying to get an autobid or are jockeying for higher seeds. That's also highly unlikely, unless every opponent UND faces during the conference playoffs is decimated by the flu & injuries; & even then it would be a stretch considering this team's (lack of) performance this year. What’s so disappointing is Berry had a real chance to change the direction by sitting Kunz that Saturday night. Win or lose that sends a message. I cannot wait until Berry & this coaching staff is gone. 3 Quote
Wilbur Posted yesterday at 03:40 AM Posted yesterday at 03:40 AM Huskies now with one win in their last nine games. UND's last full three point win came over a month ago against SCSU. As mentioned in another thread, the loser of Friday's game will have gone the entire month of January without a regulation win. Or they could go to OT, and then both teams could accomplish the feat. We used to mock the Gophers win or lose for being soft and now that is us. Changes need to be made. Amen to that. 1 Quote
Kevin G Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago UND and SCSU currently Pairwise buddies. PWR 26 and 27, respectively. That’s a high-level mid-tier matchup. Quote

So basically UND could sweep the clowns and it wouldn't do jack for our PW rating. Beautiful....just beautiful. Quote

I'm sure the Huskie fans of Stearns County, will again be lining the streets, bowing down to the UND fans as they drive through town to the rink. 1 Quote
