hockeytherapy13 Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Has anyone else noticed that when Swanson plays with skilled players good things happen? I realize it’s the power play and we have an extra guy but seriously let’s stop stifling this kid. 3 Quote

Esoteric Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Trash coaching move. Gave a lot of rest to their front line players. His reputation is being harmed in my opinion. Other coaches will take note of his manipulations. When I sat in meetings with other coaches, we did like this type of working the refs and trying to tilt the games. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Getting a road sweep in the NCHC is hard. At the end of the day it's a very successful weekend for this team. 1 Quote
1972 Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Well..escaped the weekend with a sweep....it wasn't pretty, but 6 points is 6 points 1 Quote
Esoteric Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Congratulations to the UND players, UND coaches, and the UND support staff. This will keep UND in front of Denver. Quote

Getting it done is what they need from here on out. Doesn’t matter how pretty, but they need to figure out a way to string together wins and hopefully get healthy at some point. 1 Quote

franchise Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Wow, so much whining from Miami coaches and announcers 1 Quote

bcblues Posted December 8 Posted December 8 I actually thought that the announcers were pretty good. They called the game pretty evenly. Sure they are Miami fans, but gave a pretty neutral tone to the calling. Could have been far worse. 3 Quote

Seen a lot of globetrotter passes that may have worked in the USHL that go the other way. He's gotten better but still doesn't look completely caught up to college speed or physicality. Once he does, look out. 1 Quote
LuvHockey Posted December 8 Posted December 8 Worst case scenario of first half is 9-9-1 if they get swept by clowns. Best case is over .500. Quote

My second year at UND, I moved off-camps and just up the street 1st Avenue North and South Washington had a Hugo’s. I talked to a very old man stocking cans in the right back of the store. Why was such an old man stocking shelves? It was Hugo! And working at the store and shelving was a passion. 3 Quote

A real chance to gain ground next weekend and get within shouting distance of the NCAAs. Then, hopefully get a lot of guys back from injuries especially Jammer and Berg. Quote
