brianvf Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Schimek with the GTG in the 3rd period and then the GWG in OT for ASU. That puts UND back in 4th over DU. Quote
cberkas Posted February 9 Author Posted February 9 Duluth and St. Cloud started their #1 goalies that were out for a while and both lose. Should have not played them to get them for another year. Quote

Godsmack Posted February 11 Posted February 11 Pandolfo must not have been too thrilled with his goaltenders. He brought up a 6’5” freshman from Russia who’d been playing for the Omaha Lancers up until two weeks ago. Kid stopped about 40 shots tonight against the Eagles. 1 Quote

TwamleyShuffle Posted February 11 Posted February 11 Since I have a Boston Terrier, they are like my households team out east haha. They do have a cool jersey with one on the front. Though we normally cheer for whichever team helps UNDs pairwise the most Quote

But still…grab some Russian out of the ushl on the worst team in the league and the kid is the next coming of Tretiak? We need some luck here. Pandolfo is a great coach…another guy who lets the skilled kids go a bit. 2 Quote

Seems to me Josh Siembida started out pretty well then faded. Quote

Speaking of Jay Pandolfo, he's rumored by some to be a candidate for the next Boston Bruins head coach. Or should I say the chatter is picking up. 1 Quote

But yah, after that, pretty pedestrian. Quote

He thought there was a penalty against UMN so left the net and then Vanek shot it from center ice and he dove across the ice to make the save. 2 Quote
