dmksioux Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 So I guess it’s safe to say, “we want Bama, and we got Bama!” 4 Quote
The Sicatoka Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 Keep it at the Betty until there's reason to move it (i.e. ticket demand). 1 Quote

nodak651 Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 Really wish basketball would play more games at the REA, as was originally intended. I thought it would happen once the Womens team left. 1 Quote
forksandspoons Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 Basketball at the REA was awesome IMO. The demand should be there from Devils Lake alone! Quote

I thought it would happen once the Womens team left. I didn’t realize the Ralph was intended to be the primary home for conference games. I do remember them hosting many more but I’d prefer not having a complete lack of atmosphere in the Betty when 2k people show up. Now for this game, you could make a strong argument for it being at the Ralph but I also understand why it’s not. Who knows, if there appears to be a big enough demand, maybe they’ll make the switch. 1 Quote
forksandspoons Posted May 31, 2024 Posted May 31, 2024 Hope they cram as many people in the Betty as possible then and break the building’s attendance record! 1 Quote

This isn’t Kansas, and there isn’t a Jerome Beasley or Jeff Boschee, plus I think fan attendance in all sports in general has fallen off a lot in the years since Covid. Quote
CMSioux Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 How did UND get this agreement and not SU with the Grant Nelson connection? Are a few heads exploding on Bison-swille? Quote
