One suspicious flight this morning from Western NE.  It’s medical transport, so no news.

Couple of takeaways:

- Bubba's salary won't be what it was as FB coach

- Fruechte applied for HC position

- Bubba will be mentoring other coaches (which opens up some questions, like what's he telling them? "Here's how to consistently lose on the road but never really be held accountable." ??)

4 yrs @ 150 plus 3 lumps @ 50 -> the nominal 750 owed under buyout clause. Or that's what my Jethro Bodine math sez ...

good point, I was thinking more of the offense nose dive mid season, the qb choice, the lack of time for qb back ups.... 

 

more of "let bubba piss this year down his leg so my old HC can swoop in, lead the program for a few and cede to me...  just a hair brained idea from someone with no hair.

Nice guy does not equal good to great coach. Some folks struggle with that concept.
