Players watch coaches. A coach can't say give it your all and then punt on a close 4th down.  UND defense can only do so much before it gets tired.

UND could have had a huge uplift  with a fourth down instead its tires have been deflated.  Still proud of the defense effort.

Or maybe he thought, our defense is playing well.....if we punt and get them to go three and out, we get ball back at mid field.  Hind sight is always 20-20. If we didnt make it and Washington got the ball at mid field and took it in and scored, guarantee some of you would have said Bubba was desperate by going for it that early.

The D has been on the field to much and the Washington O is starting to pick it apart as they see what hater going against to go along with a tiring D.
