Cratter Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 "Let's go Sioux" ringing through out the arena.
cberkas Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Luke with the right play, low shot rebound in the slot just needed to keep the stick on the ice.

Emerald joker Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 YOU HAVE TO PLAY 60 F&@KING MINUTES!!! 1
bcblues Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Where was this intensity in the 2nd period?
Cratter Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 DU was the better team tonight. Wasn't even close. 1
sprig Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Chances to the end. Better d game from Thompson it would have been a w
Oxbow6 Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Not gonna win many games.......very few.......next to zero........when you give up 6 goals.
bcblues Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Well that sucked. Actually the 3rd period was pretty good hockey, except for a couple brain farts on the Sioux defense's part.

I don't know if it's all the talent on NoDak's teams that think they can get away without playing a full game or what. It gets old, especially in games like this. The D can hang their heads tonight.
snova4 Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Can't watch the puck. As much as guys have been ragging on Thompson, Ladue had a very lazy boneheaded play on that shorty. You can't wait for the puck to come to you when there are two Denver players between the goalie and you.
cberkas Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 If they would have played a full 60 there's a "W" I have yet to see a team that has played UND that is better then them. But when you don't play like they should they loose. 1
BigGreyAnt41 Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 What I liked seeing after the ENG was a few players looking like they had just lost the national championship game. That's the feeling they SHOULD have after every loss. They should remember that feeling and try to make sure it never happens again. Work as hard as you can on every shift so you never have to feel that way. 3

Goes without saying, defense needs to be way better tomorrow.
bcblues Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 It MIGHT have been the altitude. At least that is an excuse. But not really when you look at the key defensive errors where the d-men were just being lazy or careless. You cannot do that and expect to win.
