Why are you so confident it will pass this time ?  I'm not confident enough in our legislature that they are forward enough thinking to get anything passed with something like this. The state is so narrow minded.

I saw some impressive renderings recently for tons of new construction to the West of the existing buildings, but I don't recall where I found them.  Does anyone know if the county or air force have master plans or permits that are publicly available anywhere?

That shows the NW corner being redesigned for the intersection from what I see

going to be a big mess when that underpass goes in for a few years

will really limit north south traffic in town

If you need to go north of Demers, Columbia will be closed and Washington down to one lane.
