fightingsioux4life Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 So many fixable and avoidable problems...very, very frustrating. But "we ran into a darn good football team tonight". Sorry, but that dog don't hunt anymore. 1 Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Wow. Yet another dickwad post from you. Congrats. Second worst post in this thread. That college life must be getting the best of you that you are on a (non) rivals message board following along with a football game thread on a Saturday night. You must be a big deal. No doubt. Prairie View or SDSU. This game makes our team better. Quote
Hayduke Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Issues on D. But, that was a pretty wild game! Reminded me of the old WAC where they would just air it out! (Except for Air Force...how ironic is that?) Quote
darell1976 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 I hope UND's offense continues but lose the defense. Sac State is no SDSU so cover the receivers, stop the run, and get a conference win. Quote
JohnboyND7 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 One thing that can be taken away from this game is that the UND offense is one of the best in the country! Putting up 40+ to an FBS team that won 8 games last year Moral victory? Wow. Yet another dickwad post from you. Congrats. Second worst post in this thread. That college life must be getting the best of you that you are on a (non) rivals message board following along with a football game thread on a Saturday night. You must be a big deal. Notre Dame playing a night game against a top 10 team. I can sacrifice a night of partying to watch my team during a year when they appear to be pretty good. WE ARE...ND! GO IRISH! Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Mistakes cost UND this game. Great job, I am proud of our O. Take down Sac. State next week! Quote
UND-1 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Moral victory? No. Those only exist in the Moral Victory Football Conference. 3 Quote
Hayduke Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 BTW, Colorado State got thumped by San Jose State, 40-20... Colorado is getting destroyed by Fresno State, 69-7 with about 4 minutes left. (Yeah, the Fresno State squad that UND took to the wire last year...) I'd like to revise last weeks score: Fargo's Criminal Cherry Pickers 22, A really, really bad Colorado State Team 7... 3 Quote
Oxbow6 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Lots of positives. Lots of negatives. Bottom line...0-fer vs FBS. Bright side....2nd moral victory in as many years. Quote

Let'sGoHawks! Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Hendrickson with 434 yds, 4 TD, 1 INT. "We are salty over this one". They will come out and take down Sac State and get to 1-0 in the Big Sky. NICE JOB UND. Shore up that D and we will have a hell of a chance to go far this year. Proud of these guys. "Moral victory"? No, but hell of a performance on O. Quote
sioux rube Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Moral victory? Notre Dame playing a night game against a top 10 team. UND-1 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Lots of positives. Lots of negatives. Bottom line...0-fer vs FBS. Bright side....2nd moral victory in as many years. Only for you big guy. Another FBS loss to the rest of the fan base. Quote
Hayduke Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 What the hell has gotten into you JF? Who knows? But, then, who cares? Quote
badger1 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 So, do you go back to the starting qb when he is healthy? or roll with Hendricksen? or both? Quote
Wildfan Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Good game, the Pick 6 came up to be a big part of the game. This game even as a loss show that UND can be a top FCS team, expecially because NDSU is #1 and they only won 21-7 over a terrible Colorado State team. I think UND would beat NDSU this year, passing offense is just too good. 1 Quote
Hayduke Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 So, do you go back to the starting qb when he is healthy? or roll with Hendricksen? or both? We don't do a thing. The coaches decide that. Quote

Hawkster Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 Heck of a game, but still no FBS win. Defense has to change because no team can expect the offense to carry the whole load just to keep them in the game. If someone ever figures out how to shut the offense down, we're completely screwed. badger1 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 We don't do a thing. The coaches decide that. duh!! its called a fan forum, are you an idiot? just wanted input on what you guys thought the coaches would do with the qb situation Quote
UND-1 Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 good god you're a pathetic bitter little man. Your a pathetic neutral little man who likes both UND and NDSU the same. Right? Quote
Risky Posted September 16, 2012 Posted September 16, 2012 I agree with the previous poster. It is an under statement to say that both Colorado and Colorado State are bad football teams this year. 2 Quote
