Did anyone watch the Michigan/Penn State highlights? McKenna tried dangling at the blue line and got his pocket picked and the Wolverines raced down the ice to score a shorty to put them up 1-0. It didn’t look like McKenna hustled to get back and help his teammate.

As soon as I listened to GPL this week and Vegoe was talking about LIU giving BU a game and taking Penn State to OT (maybe that's no an accomplishment) I knew the Gophers were screwed.  I'm not in the most bit surprise by this result, this is a historically bad Gopher team.

That sounds a lot like Blake at the start of his college career.  Drove me nuts, but the next shift he might try something that worked.  Good for McKenna to be in the NCAA this year to get better.

LIU goalie made at least 33 saves (didn't see final shot count on the broadcast) and 2 GA.  That will win you a lot of games.  LIU only needed half of their offensive output to win.

Sounds from talk over on GPL that they have some guys that don’t like to get dirty, like we did last year.  Wonder if there are other issues as well, as Bob seems to have lost them. Raboin may be looking for a house in the Minneapolis area sooner than he anticipated.

That 4th goal brings back memories of Frazee🥤🍿 

Edit: The goal that ended Frazee's' time as a starter and made Kangas the starter was a goal like this St. Cloud scored but didn't count because of the players clearing the zone.

I watched the first four games Minnesota played this year and noted on this board that they had no talent. Another poster to remain nameless blasted me for it. Egg has been dripping from his face ever since.
