Unless something unethical or illegal is happening no way Chaves makes a change for at least two more years.

you're exactly right that million and half they will save in 3 years means more to them than investing in the wbb program right now, problem is they need to quit lieing to the recruits and their parents on recruiting visits how important wbb is on the priority list and how much the school and its donors are investing in wbb, bold look you right in the face lies, they know exactly how much their saving on an interim head coach with no 5 or 6 year contract and a staff with no d1 experience so your righr if he isnt given the 3 years they cant save the rest of the million and a half dollars

Do you know all of these to be facts? Or just assumptions?

well why dont you ask the athletic department for a spreadsheet of the wbb programs budget for the 25 26 season and then in your head compare those expenditures vs what bringing a top tier summit league experienced contracted coach in and 3 or 4 top paid d1 assistants with extensive experince at the the level and that would demand better nutritionists dobos athletic trainers strength coaches bigger budget for training table meals all year like every other summit league team gets off season and summer workouts included not just pizza after the game like it is here, no meals provided here off season or summer, chartered flights instead of charter bus to fargo to save on commercial tickets vs paying grand forks ticket prices just to save a few bucks, add all those up what a an incoming coach with any experience at all would demand before excepting the position and its pretty common sense that those demands would easily cost the athletic department a half a million dollars a year more than they paid in 25 26.... yes most summit league schools charter flights und takes a charter bus ti fargo and back to save on ticket prices vs using its own airport, none of which they tell you in a recruiting visit and when you ask about training table and catered once a day meals when the student athlete is in the building they say of course we do what all the other summit league schools do and then they take and show you the cafeteria in the mens hockey locker room and tell you that all comes from here, well ill leave it to your imigination how times in 25 26 that happened, all lies

Who are you mad at? The coach? The AD? The world?

Charter Flight to Fargo? Come on, what other program in there right mind would do that?  Please give up the bashing of the program, you are done with it, now move on to bigger and better things.

We know the program needs more, we once were a very proud women's basketball school and after Roebuck and then Maddie Buck's teams we have gone the wrong way. Just because you don't like the coach, doesn't really  mean anything to anyone one. Where are the other parents voicing their opinion on here?  If all parents want change then I would think we would hear more from them too.

Chartering flights for other Summit league schools is not accurate.  I fly in and out of Fargo regularly in during basketball season it is not uncommon to be in flights with Summit league teams.  Yes, including UNDs.

What they are saying is - we charter a bus to fargo to catch a commercial flight to save money instead of flying commercial out of GF or charter flight to another city.

you obviously dont get it.... sdsu charters a flight to oral roberts leaves brookings just in time to practice on away court then hotel then game next day then immediately charters flight hour after game is completed back in their own beds 3 hours after game is completed, und charters a bus to fargo leaves when the only flight out that day works lays over in minneapolis or denver just to get to oral roberts 10 15 hours later, then instead of chartering flight home in your own bed 3 hours after the game that night its back to the hotel because a commercial flight doesnt leave until next day then layover in minneapolis then after charter bus fromfargo finaly home 24 hours after your last game, sdsu was home from playing same school 3 hours after oral roberts game 30 hours of travel plus extra night in hotel vs sdsu 6hours travel extra night in own bed, ncaa requires mandatory off day after game, und off day is spent 15 hours travel, sdsu off day spent at home in their own space, is it really that hard to figure out which scenario helps you win

hire a private jet and its all yours

That’s a great idea. If the women’s basketball parents think it’s worth it, they could do the same. Because evidently the athletic department can’t afford jets, or lobster and Caviar after games and stay within budget.

chartered flights, catered meals on board, not pizza boxes is what summit league wbb teams do to give their coaches a better chance of winning not Screenshot_20260320_130831_Instagram.thumb.jpg.a252dfac4af6773997080723854ba762.jpgScreenshot_20260320_130831_Instagram.thumb.jpg.a252dfac4af6773997080723854ba762.jpgScreenshot_20260320_131103_Instagram.thumb.jpg.5cad28ef3fdebfcbe706a9d86d4725b7.jpgScreenshot_20260320_131139_Instagram.thumb.jpg.b23350d7e63999b9ce15d8dd097cb70d.jpg

12000 for hockey games, tickets $40 to $ 50 per ticket

women's basketball 1000 for attendance at maybe $12 per ticket

do the math
