So Chaves gives Jackson a 5 year deal?   It didn't say anything about buyouts, but if you give the assistant coach of a struggling team a 5 year contract it better not have an absurd buyout clause.

I expect the buyout to be his base that season. Should have been 4 years.

Be interesting to know why.  Roads were !@#$ today coming out of Fargo.  Maybe allow more time for the media.  No idea but frustrating none the less.

I like that he mentioned recruiting 3-4 year players as well as the 1883 collective.  I am surprised how bad of a public speaker he is.  I appreciate he has notes to make sure he tells the right stories.  But read the script instead of speaking from the heart too much for me.
