Yep!

Have we won a game all season on National TV? Maybe the Friday BU game? I don’t remember if that one was on NCHC TV or not.

That was NCHC TV

Our Cornell games were on ESPN+ so there's that....

Hopefully the video for those games has been destroyed.

Perron and UND forward-turned-defenseman Dane Montgomery are both expected to play against Omaha in the regular-season finale at 6:36 p.m. Friday and 6:07 p.m. Saturday in Ralph Engelstad Arena.

"They both practiced full today," UND coach Brad Berry said. "They were cleared to go. They were in practice (Tuesday), and after practice, we gave them the full clearance to go today. They had really good practices. We plan on them playing this weekend."

UND will still be shorthanded on the back end.

Freshman defenseman E.J. Emery will miss the series with a lower-body injury. Emery also missed last weekend's split at Western Michigan.

Omaha also has a few questionable players with injuries:

Omaha has three key injury question marks.

Star forward Tanner Ludtke, a third-round pick of Utah Hockey Club, has been out with an upper-body injury since Nov. 16. But he's nearing a return. Ludtke warmed up last weekend when Omaha hosted Arizona State, but he did not play. Ludtke had 28 points in 40 games as a freshman last season.

Center Harrison Israels, a transfer from Alaska, has been out since Feb. 15, when he got tangled with Western Michigan's Paul Washe off a faceoff. Israels had 15 points in 14 games leading up to his injury.

"We'll see," Omaha coach Mike Gabinet said. "Both those guys are doing their best to try to come back as quickly and safely as possible there. It will probably be more of a game-time decision to see where those guys end up."

Omaha starting goaltender Simon Latkoczy also is questionable heading into the weekend. Latkoczy took a big hit last Friday when back-checking Omaha forward Chase LaPinta checked Arizona State forward Cruz Lucius into Latkoczy with 13:52 to go in the third period. Latkoczy completed the game but did not play Saturday.

Mostly good news on the injury front at least.

Perron & Monty can both play.
Emery still out though.

With EJ out, I’d rather see Komzak as the 6th defenseman over Monty.  Komzak isn’t the fastest skater in the world but he can defend better than Monty, especially with his long reach. Guessing that’s unlikely since it’s senior weekend and we’d rather have warm fuzzies than play guys in their natural positions.

The team has been doing fairly well with the lineup we’ve had and getting Perron back obviously is a boost. Guessing Croal is extra skater, Monty is on defense, and Komzak rides the pine. What are everyone’s thoughts or preferences with the weekend lineups?

Agreed on Komzak.
Forgetting about the senior weekend warm fuzzies...I'd rather see Monty or Kunz sitting, have Komzak as 6th D, keep Croal with Littler...maybe put Monty as extra skater so he can fill in at D or F if needed.  It won't happen though on SR weekend.  I'd stack that first line and keep the FR line together.

Perron-Berg-James
Croal-Boisvert-Littler
Swanson-Wilkie-OMac
Strinden-Schmaltz-Jammer

I hate putting Strinden on 4th, as he's been playing really well the last few weeks IMO.
Getting Perron back will require some line shuffling, but it'll be good if he can return with the same play from before he got injured.

No way Croal should be the extra skater...he needs MORE ice time than B-rad has been giving him.  Put that freshman line back together!

Starting to wonder if this isn't the case.  I see the Sioux Shop is doing a buy one, get one free deal on jerseys.

It shows on the official UND roster page that Montgomery is a junior, but you're saying here he's a senior.

Yes. He’s definitely junior. He had to redshirt the 2022-23 season. This is his 4th year at UND, but his third season of eligibility. So not a senior.

The fans who love UND's white NoDak jerseys will be happy.

The Fighting Hawks are wearing them again Friday night.

It will be the third game in a row they've used them at home. UND wore them for both wins over Minnesota Duluth two weeks ago.

As you have stated before, Sasha gets the minutes.

Perron-Boisvert-Berg
Croal--Littler-James    Have Croal or Littler played center?
Swanson-Wilkie-Strinden
Omac-Schmaltz-Jammer

As stated, Sasha gets most PP minutes.

Yes, I'm not a fan of 22.

They only interviewed seniors at yesterday’s weekly press conference and Monty was one of them. He spoke as if he’s a senior soon to be done…
