The biggest negative with the coaching staff has been shown throughout this season. Outside of a few players, the recruiting has not been close to where it needs to be. They had years to find/develop QB depth with Schuster running the offense. Instead we are stuck with a D2 QB. They had years to recruit/develop depth in the defensive line, instead they are pushed around game in and game out to the tune of hundreds of yards in multiple games on the ground.

 

Say what you want about "coaches will play the best players" or "coaches see them in practice every day." If this is the best we can field, we need a coaching change to either recruit better or develop players better.
