tnt Posted Saturday at 01:20 AM Posted Saturday at 01:20 AM Too bad we aren’t able to take advantage of the type of atmosphere at Allentown, at our regionals at Scheels. 2 Quote
sioux rube Posted Saturday at 01:20 AM Posted Saturday at 01:20 AM It is nice to see a regional with a packed house 1 3 Quote

Funny how they have regionals in their back yard 3 hours away from the farthest teams and they don't show up. This is the only time I've seen people show up to Allentown I'd rather just have the top seed in each regional host. Dumb to have neutral sites in random ass locations like Toledo 1 Quote

cberkas Posted Saturday at 02:05 AM Author Posted Saturday at 02:05 AM That should be a penalty Quote

Godsmack Posted Saturday at 02:19 AM Posted Saturday at 02:19 AM Would love an explanation of how Penn State didn’t get a minor for running the goalie in his own crease. Quote
MafiaMan Posted Saturday at 02:25 AM Posted Saturday at 02:25 AM Maine…I’m so disappointed in you. 3 Quote

Dustin Posted Saturday at 02:36 AM Posted Saturday at 02:36 AM Haven’t put hardly any thought into this, so just spitballing here. With neutral conference tournaments dying and moving to home sites, and NCAA regionals typically very poorly attended, what if we skipped all that and gave the 6 conference regular season champs a birth into the “frozen 6”? The teams would be seeded 1-6 based on some sort of pairwise and the 4/5 and 3/6 winners (played on Wednesday?) play the 1 and 2 seeds in Thursday semifinals, then the championship on Saturday. Quote

Wasn’t this how it was back in the day with only 4 teams making it? Quote
