The new facilities coming online, for example, are great. Eric Schmidt was a great hire for FB and I am very excited for the 2025 season. But I also won't ignore the very serious problems with UND athletics right now. Pretending they aren't there won't make them go away. If that makes me a "Debbie Downer", then so be it. Quote

Nobody knows if he will be the answer, but there is a palpable excitement in the fanbase, and from some of the video shown, the players themselves that was lacking before. I think things can get stale if enthusiasm isn’t injected into the players and fans alike, and whether that can translate on the field is yet to be seen, but at least there is something other than apathy in the meantime. 2 Quote
