Things are different and if they can get 5 kids to show up to class it is a success. I would bet a majority of students athletes are taking online classes if they can. With all the academic support they have there is no excuse for bad grades. 1 Quote
Hans8891 Posted March 13, 2024 Posted March 13, 2024 SDSU tried to do what we did. Took a 22 point lead with 6 minutes left, played clock management and didn’t score for 5 minutes. They actually gave up more of a lead than we did but had 22 to play with instead of 12. One reviewed call that was close could have given Denver the ball back with 30 seconds to play and down 5. Was an epic collapse. Another classic example of changing the game plan that got you the lead in the first place with way too much time left. Game should not have even been close. 20 plus point lead all game… Quote

RingGeneral Posted February 10 Posted February 10 I'm sorry..that what i meant exactly: Quote If KC won, that does make them the third seed, and they’d face off against Omaha, the sixth seed. It’s always exciting when the playoff picture starts to shape up. I remember last year, I was keeping an eye on the EuroLeague playoffs, and the matchups were just as intense. I ended up grabbing some tickets through www.seatpin.com for the Final Four, and it was an experience I’ll never forget. The atmosphere was crazy, and the teams were giving it everything. I’m sure this game will have that same kind of energy. Quote
UND1983 Posted February 19 Posted February 19 Should the Roos be a favorite over Omaha tonight? Odd line Quote
sioux24/7 Posted February 25 Author Posted February 25 Anyone planning on going down to Sioux Falls? I will be going for the first time since UND has been in the Summit. Went to a couple games prior. Would be nice if we have a decent fan showing. Two way street folks, gotta show we give a damn too and not just the administration. 2 Quote

GoodGood Posted Thursday at 01:49 AM Posted Thursday at 01:49 AM I can’t believe we lost to both these teams playing right now Quote
CMSioux Posted Thursday at 01:58 AM Posted Thursday at 01:58 AM Tough to justify a five hour drive when it's always been one and done. I have enjoyed the times I have gone and UND has a nice social room to gather in and visit with others fans, player's parents and UND staff. Quote

GoodGood Posted Friday at 02:26 PM Posted Friday at 02:26 PM Rumblings that Jacari White is questionable to play tonight for ndsu Quote
forksandspoons Posted Friday at 02:37 PM Posted Friday at 02:37 PM I will be in Sioux Falls eventually, but tough to justify the past 6 seasons.. that said, I will be rooting for the hawks very hard as usual to pull out a win tonight vs the jacks who are essentially at home everyone summit league tournament. get it done! Dustin Posted Friday at 03:25 PM Posted Friday at 03:25 PM One thing that could potentially help UND fans attend the SLT is for the AD to schedule hockey away that weekend. Hard for fans to get to Sioux Falls when they have tickets for an event in Grand Forks. 3 Quote

But even if the team is great and has a chance at the SLT champ, but there's a home hockey series, do you think the fans will show up for BBall 5 hours away? Not saying it can't/won't happen, just trying to help make a BBall more accessible. I hope to someday attend the SLT. Seems like a great event. 2 Quote

Not that big of a difference and wouldn’t change the answer but GF to Sioux Falls is 4 hours unless you drive like a pansy. Quote
