Honestly I thought he wasn't very good last night. Got beat a few times and seemed to be panicky with the puck. Threw it up the middle a few times early.

The whole dcore was bad…but I guess I missed his mistakes. If he was out for that first goal, I’ll change my tune. I know 4 was.

3 freshman D against the best top to bottom offense in the country =scary. Pehrson is the guy who has the most experience against the gophs so having him out is rough. Guessing we lose by 3+ tonight but honestly a little adversity right now will get this team rolling later. Having these freshman play big roles against a team like this is massive for development so I say bring it on. Getting swept at home would stink, especially since home losses are a bigger pairwise hit, but losing to the number 1 team in the country in week 2 isn’t the end. Really hope I’m wrong on the prediction but either way this team is going to be really good come late November.

Berry sending a message to his “top” line by not starting them?

I don’t really think it matters what order they are listed on the line chart. We started the Jamernik line last night when they were listed as the third line. Berry doesn’t always start the top line anyway.

4-3 Goofs

Board implodes.  Threads started with "Boo Berry" in the title.  Posters question recruiting and player commitment.
Later...
UND still makes the NCAA's.
Goofs do as well, but lose in their regional final.
UND makes the F4 and takes home the title in the Goofs backyard.

The end.

I would watch this movie!

They have to get in there to have experience.  What is the old saying: “the boys have to become men at some point.”  I look forward to what these players are becoming.
