Sounds like Johannes is likely a no-go this weekend. Albrecht is 50-50.

Dang. I hope those guys heal up soon.

We could have scored 5 goals in that Saturday game against them if not for Close. He's been annoyingly good in the games I've watched him play. Scares me a bit, to be honest.

Two top NCHC COY candidates going at it this weekend. Be nice to see Brad get a little separation.

The Tigers remind me of those Fighting Sioux teams of the mid 1990's when Blais was still rebuilding the program, right before we won #6 in 1997.

Berry and company have done an excellent job putting the team together this year and bringing us up multiple notches. But it's hard to see someone other than Mayotte winning coach of the year in our conference. He definitely deserves it with where that program was for 7-8 straight years. Major props to him

College Hockey News' formula gives UND a 90% chance of holding a No. 1 seed, a 9.5% chance of being a No. 2 seed and less than a 1% chance to be a No. 3 seed.

I like those odds.  Keep it rolling.

According to the Probability Matrix, nine teams are 99% or higher to make the NCAA tournament — Boston College (100), North Dakota (100), Boston University (100), Wisconsin (100), Michigan State (100), Maine (99.9), Denver (99.8), Minnesota (99.7) and Quinnipiac (99).

ASU has a 2% chance of making it.
UNO has a 6% chance of making it, which would force UND to a different region other than SD if UND is still a #1.

In defense of Bubs (I think Mayotte will likely win it, and should), he turned around AN ENTIRE DCorps and added a new goaltender. That's a helluva recruiting and coaching job

Former University of North Dakota standout and 2007 Hobey Baker Award winner Ryan Duncan will skate "One More Shift" with the current UND men's hockey team on Saturday, Feb. 24 against Minnesota Duluth at Ralph Engelstad Arena.

Might have missed this but is Friday’s game on CBSSN or NCHCTV?

It might be wrong, but both games are currently listed on the NCHC.TV schedule.

Yeah, channel guide says a game on CBSSN but doesn’t say who?

This seems like an appropriate time and place to ask this.    And when I use the term "they," I mean to include myself, because we all seem to identify as ledgies at one time or another.

How can you tell when someone has actually jumped?   Is there some kind of declaration or code phrase they use, or can you just tell?   I mean, the ledge can be totally crowded one day and then have all the room in the world barely a week later.

Along those same lines, how do you recognize those who constantly climb off and back on again?  Are there marks on their hands and knees, a look in their eyes; or is it in the words they use?

Lastly, is ledgie behavior the same behavior that makes us, as parents, become ugly at our kids' games?

Oh, and is there a ledgie hotline or a bar somewhere where we can work through our bouts of ledginess.
