Isaiah Smith had 0 touches in the second half great job by the coaches

Just add that to the list

What about theirs…not a huge fcs follower but the bison O is beyond brutal

Danny is better than their OC in my opinion.  They just have the hogs to run a completely boring offense and still win. Danny had some good calls, but damn he had some bad ones too.  If Roehl was our OC we would have gotten shut out.

Was going to mention this as well. Why not Keep a defense guessing between him and Otis?

I’m optimistic in the sense when we played them in the spring it was pretty bad.  To have a one score game today I’ll take it.  Sucks to lose.  But I’ll hang my hat on 6 point loss to the “mighty bison”

Anybody got some stats? I’m now in a cornfield waiting on a deer and trying to avoid getting run over by a combine so I don’t want to be scrolling on my phone

Are you disappointed or optimistic after the game today

I guess I am both

Same feeling.  Disappointed we didn’t win this game specifically when we had chances, but optimistic that we still had a chance (albeit small) on our last possession. Strides, I guess.

I’m not sure today’s game is a data point that tells you either OC is any good at all.

Gg Rematch in a few months? Up here again

Deal, but hope to play that game in Fargo.

UND’s defense is legitimate. Was impressed with them. Both offenses leave a lot to be desired.

3 runs and a punt won’t win you many games.

Agree. Opportunity missed. If last year’s game were in Grand Forks, it could have happened.

Idk. Und got punked last year. But ya never know.

Notre Dame lost today so we can all bond in sadness together.

I really thought the stars were aligning for 2021 to be the year. I can’t imagine we’ll do it in their place next year, so I guess I’ll have to wait another 2 years for a decent shot.

Huge game for Maag today....1 catch for 4 yards.

Yeah, I’m perplexed by the offense. Maybe it’s Danny and not Bubba with the deer in the headlights look against NDSU.

Although he equaled the amount of receiptions by all NDSU WR's

I know so many of us have been clamoring for the offense to be aggressive (especially after Rudy), and we have done that but we just can’t seem to the right plays called at the right time. Against these guys anyway.
