So they actually let them leave site when there were road closures and do not travel advisories out? Otherwise, why aren’t they playing today? PS - If both South and Davies are in Fargo, scrape off part of Rose Creek (the coulee, not the course) and call it neutral site outdoors. It’s about midway.
