And it's a final...3-2 USA. Very solid game from this US team. Russia had their chances and had some momentum at certain points throughout the game, but I thought the US controlled the game for the most part. This sets up the USA/Canada showdown. The US will need a solid effort against the Canucks.

I think if they play like they did tonight, it stays close. We were MUCH defensively tonight than the first two games against inferior opponents.

Should, Finland can only get 3 points if they beat Switzerland. Switzerland could tie Denmark, and Czech's at 5 point with a win against Denmark (I don't see the Czech's beating Sweden).

The officials can't even tell when the puck has hit the back net half the time, how are they going to tell if it was deflected out of play or not.
