After splitting the Weber/ISU swing, UND returns home to play their only 2 home games this month.  They will entertain the Bobcats of MSU

Montana State has won the last 2 times in Grand Forks but UND holds the 4-2 edge since UND entered the Big Sky

Defend the home court and snap this mini-losing streak against the Cats. An opportunity exist to sweep the Montana schools and sit 4-2 in conference after a 1/3 of the conference season gone already (sadly it goes by so fast)

Once again, a battle of the guards between Crandall and Hooker for UND and Hall and Colbert for MSU.  Sarp Gobeloglu for MSU also averages around 10, he is the 6-10 Forward from Turkey.

In other games

Mont (4-0) @ UNC (1-3)

SUU (1-2) @ EWU (1-2)

NAU (1-2) @ IDAHO (2-1)

ISU (1-2) @ SAC (0-3)

WEBER (3-0) @ PSU (2-1)

Excited to go to this game. Have not watched this team in person for a while. I would love to see Seales be more aggressive as he is shooting over 50% from the field on the year. Hopefully Shanks can build off of his strong offensive performance against ISU.

Need to see a better defensive effort on the perimeter as MSU has a bunch of outside shooters.  The zone might not cut it.  Would like to see McDermott get some more looks from the 3-point line while looking for Baldwin to continue from his previous nice game.

Montana St has perhaps the most productive freshman in BSC history in Tyler Hall around 18 ppg and 6 rebounds pg. Common opponent NDSU which beat them by 9 at NDSU.

I expect UND to beat the Bobcats at home on Thursday.........

Loads of talent on this team.  All in all I'm pleased with what I have seen thus far......

My expectations as well.

Anyone have any inside info on Cashman?

It was already speculated that Cashman is probably an academic casualty of some sort.  Jones should really be addressing this since school is back in.

I went to the MSU game vs. NDSU a few weeks back in Fargo.  I know its already been mentioned, MSU has a very good back court that makes them go.  We should match up with them well.  NDSU played very good team defense and slowed them down, hoping we can do the same.  Also hoping we establish the post game and hit some free throws.  Still haven't seen a Big Sky team we couldn't beat if we can get everything clicking and keep building some confidence.

Geno looking real good tonight. Some shots that weren't exactly within the offense, but I guess when they go in, it is harder to criticize.

Baldwin continuing his good shooting as well.
