jdub27
Dear Grand Forks Herald...Seriously... the cow is dry, it doesn't have any more milk left in it. I agree but unfortunately their page clicks are likely showing a different story. It has been the gift that has kept on giving for the local media. yababy8
Remnants?? Really? It's like taking candy from a kid...The obvious answer any of these sheep citizens should have is, "Of course I'm going to NOT take my Sioux stuff down. You're kidding right?" OK, the only thing is, none of this that was asserted above to be happening here in Grand Forks (i.e. clothing nazis) is actually happening. CMSioux
I did hear a few years ago, when the process was just getting started, that a Poindexter sitting around one of the committee tables suggested sending a letter to all area businesses asking them to take down their Fighting Sioux memorabilia. The person who shared this with me said they just looked at the person and shook their head. I guess I wouldn't put it past our new diversity VP to do the same thing (at least within the University and/or its major vendors).
siouxforcefans
Glad places like Playmakers laughed it off - my bank account would take years to recover if all that stuff went to auction
darell1976
I hope the Big Sioux Truck Stop and the Sioux-per Suds near Slap Shot Pizza keep their name.

"Did you spend a bunch of time or money removing those popular Sioux items in your establishment since they adapted a new nickname a couple weeks ago?""No.""Absolutely Shocking. I can't wait til people hear about this one!"
