It's the only thing I can think of illness wise and not injury wise that would keep someone out an extended period of time. Not good if this is the case. The fatigue can really last a long time in serious cases. That's true, but these kids are young and in great physical shape. They tend to work their way through mono a lot faster than the rest of us. How long did it take him to come back?Was Trevor yes and he was pretty much a large part of the second half, the little he did play he wasnt the same from what i remember. Seems to zap the energy out of a person for quite some time. Hopefully he can get past it much quick but it sure seems to be a long drawn out thing that makes playing any kind of sport at a high level nearly impossible.
