UND Fan Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 The final was 11-4 - we gave them a good game until the late innings. Quote
cpa_guy Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 UND has just taken a 6-3 lead in the top of the 10th on Washington. You can watch the games this weekend via a link on Washington's schedule page. Quote
cpa_guy Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 UND wins 6-4 over Washington for first win of season (1-3)! Thome and Campbell were solid tonight. 2 Quote
Teeder11 Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Nice win in Seattle against a Pac 12 biggie. Quote
darell1976 Posted February 28, 2015 Author Posted February 28, 2015 Winning is good, beating a PAC 12 team even better. Great job!! Quote
Teeder11 Posted February 28, 2015 Posted February 28, 2015 Perspective: UND probably had its best on the mound for that first game against UW. I don't know what UW threw at us. There was most likely also a little "take them lightly" syndrome on UW's part. Suffice it to say, UW will come back at us hard today and for the remainder of the series. It would be a HUGE coup if UND were to pick up another win this weekend. At least, we got their attention. Quote

Yeah, a good pitcher changes a game immensely, but so does a hot 3pt shooter, or a proficient QB. Quote
mizzou/sioux Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 Impressive win over PAC-12 Washington. Believe it has been reported the win was the first for UND over a PAC-12 foe. More than likely true for baseball. However, if I recall correctly, the UND women's basketball team already has victories over PAC-12 Arizona and PAC-12 Utah, or perhaps I am reading something incorrectly. If so, my bad. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Hail/sheet disrupted game today in 4th at Kraft Field..........remember it is only April 2! Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Hail/sheet disrupted game today in 4th at Kraft Field..........remember it is only April 2! No way that was hail. Sleet and graupel people! I wondered if any of the Bakersfield people have seen that. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 No way that was hail. Sleet and graupel people! I wondered if any of the Bakersfield people have seen that. As Miller stated....24 D1 teams in Cali yet they are playing in GF on 4/2! Quote
Boogieman Posted April 4, 2015 Posted April 4, 2015 Went to the game this morning with my boys. They put some sting on the ball, but just couldn't find any holes. Couple timely hits and a couple mental mistakes in the 8th cost 'em. Bakersfield takes it 7 nil. Quote
nodak651 Posted April 23, 2015 Posted April 23, 2015 up 2 - 1 on bison. top 8th, 2 out, guy on third Quote
SiouxVolley Posted May 4, 2015 Posted May 4, 2015 Granted, blown saves haunted the team vs NDSU, but this team is doing pretty well in the WAC. Have made the playoffs in Phoenix, while sunbelt teams like NMSU and UTPA are in the cellar. As the best team Grand Canyon isn't eligible, Bakersfield may be the best team remaining, but Seattle and UND aren't too far behind. This weekends series with Utah Valley should be big. Starting pitching has really come on. I actually like this teams chances in the WAC tournament. That should be enough of a kiss of death for them. Meanwhile, Denver, Notre Dame, and Syracuse are among the favorites in the NCAA men's lacrosse tourney. Quote
SiouxVolley Posted May 17, 2015 Posted May 17, 2015 Looks like UND will be the 3rd seed in the WAC tournament next week in Mesa. Swept NMSU 3 games to none in Las Cruces this weekend. Grand Canyon, the winner of the regular season, isn't eligible. Good luck! 2 Quote
