Based on the photo caption in the article, my guess is somewhere in the industrial park, which is west of the interstate and south of Demers Ave.

I was more commenting on the lack of reporting. Reporting on this great new building someone has in Grand Forks, you think they'd at least mention where it is.

With the groundbreaking of the Grand Forks Children's Museum, the area near the Alerus Center should be a pretty good entertainment hub:

- Alerus Center (football, concerts, events, water park, etc.)

- Grand Forks Children's Museum

- Altru Sports Complex

- BMX Track

- Suite Shots at Ray Richards

Decent amount of hotels. I wonder if there will be a sit down restaurant or two in the future along 42nd somewhere?

New underpass at DeMers and 42nd, too. Easier more predictable traffic flow over there.

Wanted to make note of a few positive things in Grand Forks that have happened recently or will be happening soon. This is in addition to the completely revitalized downtown and UND campus/record enrollment.

Feel free to add yours:

- Brand new Altru Hospital

- Agristo = 300 new jobs by 2028

- 275,000 sq. foot Altru Sports Complex opening 2027

- Grand Forks Children's Museum

- Suite Shots (like Top Golf) on Ray Richards site

- Additional $100 million in federal UAS funding announced by Hoeven this summer; UAS is supposed to add another 500-1,000 jobs in the Grand Forks area by 2030

- Cirrus wrapping up an expansion this spring (50 additional jobs), with an even larger expansion planned in the next few years

- Grand Forks Career Impact Academy opened

Obviously, this would be big for Grand Forks if this happens:

Proposed Space Operations Center could bring 800 guardians to Grand Forks

We definitely need a few more sit down restaurants with Ground Round closing and Red Lobster already closed.
