AZSIOUX Posted February 2, 2013 Author Posted February 2, 2013 @SchlossmanGF: Line charts being withheld until warmups tonight.... I will post a projected line chart after I grab some dinner. Quote
SiouxBetcha Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Men need to bust out the hard hats, bring the lunch box, and go to work for 60-minutes of good old fashioned hard work. If executed by all in the line-up--4 points is a possibility. Quote
Frozen4sioux Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 I hope to see intensity and tenacity tonight right out of the gate..... Quote
SiouxScore Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Schlossman@SchlossmanGF Zane Gothberg and Landon Peterson starting in net tonight. Quote
ringneck28 Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 This is one series that if they move their feet and fore check, I think they will do a good bit of growing. They needed a good wake up call and last Friday night may have been it. No givens in these days of college hockey. Lets give em a Commedore style D and a Toews Parise bit of grit. I am looking for 4 pts, now lets see if they are hungry for it too. Quote
SiouxScore Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Lineup notes: Wisconsin isn’t releasing its line chart until game time tonight, UND is responding by doing the same. The lines below are what I’m expecting them to be. Schlossman@SchlossmanGF Here's my best guess at tonight's lines. UW's Kevin Schulze is warming up and may be inserted. UND’s lines 7 Danny Kristo–10 Corban Knight–19 Rocco Grimaldi 16 Mark MacMillan–27 Carter Rowney–15 Michael Parks 8 Dan Senkbeil–28 Stephane Pattyn–11 Derek Rodwell 9 Drake Caggiula–17 Colten St. Clair–13 Connor Gaarder 2 Andrew MacWilliam–18 Dillon Simpson 4 Derek Forbort–24 Jordan Schmaltz 5 Nick Mattson–20 Joe Gleason 31 Zane Gothberg 35 Clarke Saunders 35 Tate Maris Wisconsin’s lines 16 Joseph LaBate–9 Mark Zengerle–25 Michael Mersch 17 Nic Kerdiles–14 Jefferson Dahl–7 Tyler Barnes 20 Ryan Little–21 Brendan Woods–18 Sean Little 26 Brad Navin–12 Keegan Meuer–8 Matt Pappe 19 Jake McCabe–27 Frankie Simonelli 22 Eddie Wittchow–55 John Ramage 5 Chase Drake–24 Joe Faust 30 Landon Peterson 33 Joel Rumpel Quote
LakotaNation Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 I hope we don't give up a bad goal in the first 10 minutes. I'd like to see us score some goals tonight. Wisco has been playing it tight. No excuses of running into a hot goalie. Finishing chances will be big. Quote
yzerman19 Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 At what point do we put a fork in the Rowney-Parks-MacMillan line...it has been an epic fail this year. Quote
keikla Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 They generated a ton of chances on Saturday but couldn't manage to capitalize. Not sure I would put that under the 'epic fail' category. And they've only been playing together for a handful of games. Quote
SiouxScore Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 At what point do we put a fork in the Rowney-Parks-MacMillan line...it has been an epic fail this year. I thought they created some pretty good chances Saturday night and looked like they were starting to find that chemistry a little bit. They had a lot of offensive zone time Saturday and did a nice job cycling the puck as well. I think that line will create some chances tonight again and cash in on a few of them tonight. IMO that line should stay together and is a very dangerous 2nd line. Quote
Big A HG Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 Gothberg with the start in net tonight again. I like it. Quote
yzerman19 Posted February 2, 2013 Posted February 2, 2013 I guess we agree to disagree. I haven't seen anything that represents a scoring line out of Rowney. I know that Parks hasn't been back that long, but I am not impressed. Quote
