Going to eat Saturday around 4. Still need a reservation at that time? Any kind of dress code?

Yes, weekends are full. 

Worst case, you can grab a few seats at the bar but if you want a table, I'd definitely call ahead.

They also do reservations through Open Table - the place has a great look and vibe.  Yes, the drinks are great but for us the food has been hit and miss and mostly a miss.  If someone is touting the hashbrowns?  Might be a hint.  They are good but also a pie pan of very toasted shredded potatoes as an al a carte side for $20.   It is a classy place for a birthday dinner with an old school steakhouse vibe - wish you the best and let us know how it goes?

It's really good and the ambiance is better. If you even like Brussel sprouts a little bit I'd highly recommend them as a side. 

However, if you want the best steak in town my vote's for the filet mignon at Helix

Skies, Ely's Ivy, and the Toasted Frog are some other downtown options
