108498 Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 I just bought time against col. I only live 40 miles from the twon , so it will be a great chance to see the sioux play after 7 years. I hope to see a lot of sioux fans like we do at away hockey games. Anyone else going? How many coming? I am bringing 3 others. Quote
UNDColorado Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 Myself and a couple friends from Denver will be going too! Quote
108498 Posted October 3, 2011 Author Posted October 3, 2011 will sioux have the band at all? pre game party in town? Quote
southpaw Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 My friend and I will be there from Colorado Springs Quote
Hayduke Posted October 3, 2011 Posted October 3, 2011 I'll be there. With a friend that went to UNC. We'll probably sit with the Sioux fans. Quote
TBR Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I'll be in Colorado that time frame and plan to attend the game. Wouls also be interested in any tailgating, especially since I'll be by myself. Also, anyone know whether its a good idea to get tickets in advance for a UNC game? Quote
UNDColorado Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I was wondering what the tailgate scene is like up in Greely. Tailgating is awesome at CU so if UNC's experience is only a fraction of that I would be happy. I was thinking about getting tickets in advance but they are so bad right now that tickets are probably easy to come by. I will prob buy them in advance in a week or so just in case. Quote
108498 Posted October 20, 2011 Author Posted October 20, 2011 With one week to go until the game here, I was wondering if tailgating partys have been set up yet? Quote
108498 Posted October 23, 2011 Author Posted October 23, 2011 Cal Paly n Col. will not be able to. I predict 3 long run tuchdowns 2 by miller one by sutton. I can't wait to see sioux live. Quote
PhillySioux Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Does Mussman announce a QB at today's presser? Also, any info about TV out there? Quote
UND92,96 Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Does Mussman announce a QB at today's presser? Also, any info about TV out there? Wayne Nelson just tweeted the following: From UND FB media session: No clear-cut favorite on who'll start at QB at UNC, but Goska will take the bulk of the No. 1 practice reps today. Quote
JohnboyND7 Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 UND 23 N Col 21 or 30....(for some reason I think UND is scoring 23 guaranteed but who knows about N Colorado) Quote
darell1976 Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 UND has never done really good in Greeley. All time UND is 11-12 vs UNC and 4-9 in Greeley (although in 2002 UNC had to forfeit 3 wins (1 against UND). So UND technically is 4-8 at UNC. Should be a good game and in no means a cakewalk for UND. Quote
108498 Posted October 25, 2011 Author Posted October 25, 2011 I have never been in town when they have played NC. This year I am = We will win Quote

We roadtripped up to Greeley about 8 years ago and tailgated along with the parents of the players. Don't know if it's changed but the parking lot had space for it and the scenery around the stadium was gorgous. Quote
andtheHomeoftheSIOUX!! Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 Goska will get the start I suspect. Quote

108498 Posted October 26, 2011 Author Posted October 26, 2011 I hope it is a much higher scoring game 37-33 Quote
UNDColorado Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 Huge snowstorm in Colorado today; on the upside this foot of snow will be completely gone by Saturday! UNC looked really good against Montana State so if we don't play well this could be ugly. That said we can absolutely pound these guys if we come out with a spark and play our game. 35 - 17 UND Quote
WYOBISONMAN Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 We best beat these cellar dwellers! Pretty much a needed win here to keep legitimacy and a spot in the polls. Quote
darell1976 Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Pretty much a needed win here to keep legitimacy and a spot in the polls. We need a win to get the confidence in the players back or else we may lose the last 3 games...yes 3 (that includes Sioux Falls). Quote
108498 Posted October 27, 2011 Author Posted October 27, 2011 Anyone know how the football sioux following is? Can we expect to see a sioux crowed like we would at a DU or CC hockey game? How many sioux fans around the area going to the game? Quote
UNDColorado Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 Probably not as big as the Hockey following but I know that there are a lot of alumni down here. Myself and a couple buddies are coming up from Boulder / Denver to tailgate and watch a big win! Quote
