Biddco
Given that, if Duluth loses to Notre Dame, I could see some changing tune, and pulling for the Sioux. Yeah not happening 1
brianvf
Yeah not happening Don't be so bitter. Nothing like cheering for a CCHA team if your team doesn't make it. If UND loses and UMD wins on Thursday, I'm all for the Bulldogs.
Sioux-cia
Nice article from the Winnipeg Free Press highlighting the Canadian connections on the Sioux team UND aims to take its best shot Thank you Canada!!! Without your native sons, we wouldn't be the best college team in the country!!!
Sioux-cia
Yeah not happening You're wrong there, ya ol' biddy! I know UMD fans who don't harbor the jealously and hatred toward out team that the majority of UMD posters on this FIGHTINGS SIOUX sports forum have. There must not be a UMD sports forum, you certainly spend enough time here. Or, more realistcally (what loser sports team doesn't have a fan forum?), you just like hanging out with winners. We're not jealous. If we were jealous, we'd just be Sioux fans. There's no application process. Posting on message boards = not having to do work. The more boards, the merrier. One can only post so many times on the Penalty Box, a message board I know you are already aware of.

Runninwiththedogs
You're not bitter about your vikes brutal pathetic 2010 season ? No way, there's no need to be bitter when the whole season sucked. There's LOTS to be bitter about TWELVE MEN IN THE FREAKING HUDDLE. Thanks Biddy! Just what I wanted to think about.

BigGreyAnt41
I've got my playlist on shuffle and Van Halen's "Right Now" just came on. I can't help but think about the Sioux coming out of the tunnel whenever I hear the intro to this song. IS IT THURSDAY YET!?

Wreckincrew
I wholeheartedly agree... it speaks to the hypocrisy of the NC$$. if they really don't want alcohol at their events, why is it allowed in the suites?? Ive never really understood that one. And as to the all or nothing, definately all The suites are not considered part of the arena (& thus under NC$$ control for this event) because they are leased on a yearly basis, not rented on a per event basis like a seat is. rjjockers
Duluth wins it 3-2 in OT. Congratulations Bulldogs. Thank God, great to see UMD get their first championship and especially against Michigan. I think the Michigan fans have to be some of the most ignorant people in the US, "Racist mascot", really??? 1

SiouxFanatic
Congratulations to Scott Sandelin and the UMD Bulldogs on winning their 1st National Title. I don't think UMD fans will be calling for his head for at least 2-3 years lol. Gotta say, UMD winning really eases the Sioux loss for me. Plus WCHA pride.
