Goon
Wow, just looked up Toews stats on www.s-sm.com it looks like the kid can creats some offense. Would be cool to have A Toews as a Senior and one as a Freshman in two years. Not gonna happen though. EDIT: I was looking at the 05 06 stats so we could have both Toews next year. I would be happy just to have one Toews next season. Is the younger one graduating this season?

I don't know, I think I'm confused on what the stats sheet is labeled and what it says on the sheet. That would be a question for one of the numbers guys, PCM? Just Curious
Lapoint misses the Rookie of the Year award, but does make the RBK USHL 1st team and the all-rookie team. He is the only current UND recruit in the USHL to be honored. http://www.ushl.com/news/story.cfm?id=

DAR
I'll take a defenseman with comparable talent to Okposo...excecpt on the Defensive side. I think LaPoint will be a great addition. It will take him a little while to adjust but from what I hear he has all the tools to be very solid. I think our class will next year will have a greater impact than this years class. Our D will be solid next year with or without Lee.
AZSIOUX
hf article on lapoint http://www.hockeysfuture.com/articles/9608 HF: Why did you decide on North Dakota? DL: Looking at the reputation of developing big defensemen is phenomenal. So I was very pleased with that. I had very good offers from some other schools - being Wisconsin and Minnesota. Wisconsin kind of came into the picture late and they were kind of questionable on what year I'd come in. So I didn't really feel confident with them. When I took my visits to North Dakota, they were very very nice and I really liked their organization, the way they run things and their coaching staff. I felt it was a really good fit for me

siouxnami
Check out this scoring summary. Must have been an entertaining game... Brad Malone got a goal. We still need to find a 3rd redhead to play with him and Bruneteau... Also if CSS thinks that Gregoire is going to slip to the 5th round they are insane. Or I am...
