I’m sure they’ve never considered a lot of what we have to say. Couldn't agree more. There should honestly be three of them. One with us (weekly/bi-weekly?), then player advisors, and lastly parents. Our main goal here is accountability. And nattys. Quote

Verheoff is still going to be an 18 year old next year and honestly made me nervous every time he was on the ice. Never knew what was going to happen. 1 Quote

They didn't have a single senior defenseman. This year UND lost Livenavage, Wiebe. All of these guys are irreplaceable by upper-classmen. Look in the portal...they don't exist. No fan would complain about getting any of these players as a Junior or Senior but they simply aren't out there and even if one or two are every team wants them. Quote

The focus on age and upperclassmen is nonsense. There’s so much more that goes into a player, and their development. Verheoff had an off game against Duluth. He responded with three solid performances. All of these guys will come back bigger and better. 1 2 Quote
SiouxFan100 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Is college hockey at a point that the only year you can be concerned about after one year ends is the next year? Quote

If not I'm totally okay with a good player who will probably need to develop into their role. I'd take a good freshman over a good senior almost every time. Next years team will be talented as it is. How talented remains to be seen? Quote

You do need experience, but if a Zeev Buium or a Logan Britt is available, I know who I would take. 1 3 Quote

Not taking a side in this debate, but I do have to disagree that Verhoeff had a solid game against Wisconsin. Now to be fair, most of the team struggled, but he really crumbled against that forecheck 2 Quote
