One thing I’ll be interested is with Danny coming in with extra experience and Gordie as TE/ Run game coordinator, I’m hoping to see more use of TE for passing game and Danny not forgetting to run the ball when it is working. If there has been any criticism of Danny when he was here was that he was not patient in running the ball when we were successful.

If our Defense continues to develop depth and play at a high level. Danny can be more aggressive on offense. When he was here before I felt he had to be more methodical on offense to keep our defense off the field.

Looks like UND released an updated roster (minus incoming freshman that didn’t come in the spring) with updated #s. I took a look to see if anyone was missing that I would have expected and the only one I really came up with was Tyler Thaden, Trace’s brother. Maybe that was known already though.

Missing transfer Avery Dixon as well. Might be a mistake?

Apologies if this was already asked or mentioned, but does anyone know when Fall camp starts? Getting anxious for some football reporting and info. Was hoping I'd have already seen some new podcasts from the 360 guys. They usually do Off/Def positional breakdowns, but maybe I'm jumping the gun on this. Just over a month until we get some football!

Also, if he doesn’t win his lawsuit, not having Wiltshire will be tough. He was unreal last season.

I do see Samuels-Parker, so that’s good news. DT should be deep!

I stand corrected about Samuels-Parker. No longer on there. Maybe I imagined it

Ok, lets juice up the conversation.

Without the redshirt rule to consider, do we see more contribution from the incoming freshman? I know of these kids need a year in the system, they need to get bigger and adapt to college, but there are always a couple who seem ready to jump in. I feel like we heard a lot of good things about the two WRs below, but with some transfers and experience, are there enough touches to go around?

James Jones (only listed at 147lbs ... is that right?)

Delvin Cook Jr?

Mason Beaver/Isaac Beaver? Will they jump in and contribute, or will they jump in and dominate? I know it has been discussed how physically dominant they can be, but its also a big jump to college and a lot tougher competition week in and week out.

Any D backs that could step up like Grant Noland did?

Will kicking improve this year? It seems as though it has been a lifetime since we have had that truly consistent and reliable kicker.

No, I saw it last week.  So, it was a recent update.  Dang, I was hoping for another year.  They need some guys to step up this year.

My guess for true freshmen is we will see some of Toris Rudd Jr., Christian Davis, or both. Also, won't be surprised to see multiple LBs on the field in some fashion. Starcevic, Appleget will be my guesses.

DT ahead of the Beaver twins is pretty veteran heavy, which is great. I won't be surprised to see one of them getting reps, though. It feels like the DL overall is the deepest it has been in many years.
